mochagirltrainee JHO ANN (4 days) "LOVE YOUR PARENTS"

This is my annalysis and first observation on the new trainee of MOCHA GIRLS after 4 days.

When i first met JHO-ANN I offered her to try out in Mocha Angels (MG Sales Executive) and nag joke mga nakakakilala sa kanya gusto nya mag MG before although she was hesitant bec of many factors. In other words d nya daw kaya. One thing i notice about her it's lack of confidence. Actually most of the girls auditioning for the MG over confident keso kaya daw nila, minsan natatawa nalang ako kasi akala nila it's easy to be MG bec of what we post in our FB na puro out of the country and shows ang d nila alam is in really life to be a member of MG sobrang commitment and mahirap, I dont give them time to rest. WHY? Our country is a poor country we need to admit that if people in other country such as US, CANDA, JAPAN, MALAYSIA and other progressive country they work hard I think we Filipinos needs to work 10x harder than them. I apply this to my MG. I want them to be independent financially and as a matter of fact most of them their families are dependent on them. Going back to JHO-ANN. My firts impression is kulang sya sa confident pero may pangarap. If you will look at her FB (which lahat nang nag memessage sa akin na gusto mag tryout sa MG, i just look at their FB and 80% makikilala mo na sila, kaya pag d na ako nag reply meaning one puro LOVE LOVE LOVE nasa FB mo, o d naman kaya panay Crush Crush). Si JHO-ANN puro selfie makikita mo sakanya, may gusto itong mangyari sa buhay so let me start by giving u a point by point analysis:

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT-

1. D marunong sumayaw

2. Mahina katawan

3. Malamya

4. Walang basic knowledge sa Dancing

5. Mahiyain to the max!!!!

6. Madalas late

POSITIVE-

1. Masunurin

2. Mabait at Matyaga

4. FAMILY ORIENTED- This is the thing that really made me consider her. Sa totoo lang, Malayong malayo pa si JHOANN sa MG pero dahil sa first interview nya and mga personal conversation namin makikita mo the reason why she has a dream is bec gusto na nyang patigilin mag work papa nya kasi matanda na daw, This is the character m looking for sa MG. YOU MUST LOVE YOUR PARENTS NO MATTER WHAT ESPECIALLY YOUR DAD. This is a scientific fact most of the problemetic girls are those that are not close with their DADs. Mas lalo na mga babaeng galit sa tatay. Sila ang mga pariwara. Kaya I always say this to my girls-learn to forgive your parents bec they are human beings too. They need love and affection as well. I know this for a fact bec when i was in HS my life is miserable. My Dad is a lawyer and my mom is a University Dean. They are both busy so nagalit ako wala silang time sa akin. So nagwala ako sa school and barkada. I changed when i realize and accepted that the fact na sila din they need love and they didnt owe us anything. As a matter of fact tayo ang may utang na loob sa kanila kahit masama pa sila. Dahil kung wala sila isa kalang SPERM Cell at EGG Cell. That's what I love about JHO-ANN She wants to be succesful bec of her DAD. TUMPAK!!!! yan ang quality na d matutumbasan ng talent.

Sabi nga ng Mentor ko nuon TALENT tig sisingko lang sa Palengke ang importante UGALI. Yan ang foundation ng MG.

Conclusion:

JHO-ANN if what you are saying is true (I hope so) show it in your life- tsaga and sipag. Malayong malayo ka pa sa Talent ng MG PERO PERO PERO Your character will make you big I promise you that. Sa mga nababasa kong comments and Haters nya-tama po kau malamya at malayo pa sya pero ganyan din po nagsimual si George and Seika, nadadapa at d marunong but bec of their perseverance they improve a lot. Let's see if JHO-ANN will improve too.
